Public Safety Officer Felix Kolawole observed a patient who was waiting for a taxi and decided to check on the individual. Kolawole checked in with the patient multiple times over the course of two hours and suggested that the patient order a ride-share vehicle to transport him. Once the patient looked into this option, the ride-share vehicle arrived within 10 minutes. The patient was very thankful and later wrote to express his appreciation.

Police Officer DeJa Buggs was flagged down in front of MD Anderson's Main Building by an individual reporting that his truck had just been stolen. Police Officers Eliseo Alvarado and Khanh Phuong-Ngo, Sergeants Jason Kingston and Cesar Pedroza, Lieutenant Justin Taylor, and Sr. Detective Marissa Trujillo conducted a preliminary investigation and search. Because of their efforts, they located the individual's vehicle and arrested the suspect for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle.

Public Safety Officer Dorthia Nelson notified police officers of a suspicious person inside the MD Anderson Mid Campus 1 Building parking garage. Based on Nelson's description of the person, police officers located the individual inside the 5th floor elevator lobby. The individual complained of chest pains and difficulty breathing and police officers contacted EMS on their behalf. EMS soon arrived on scene and transported the individual to a nearby hospital to be evaluated.

Police officers responded to the UTHealth Harris County Psychiatric Center where an individual seeking help had entered a restroom and refused to exit. Police Officer Marvin Sim, III recognized that the man needed help after soiling himself. Sims obtained washcloths and a change of clothes for the man.
