In accordance with the ORDER OF COUNTY JUDGE LINA HIDALGO – “STAY HOME, WORK SAFE” effective 11:59 p.m. on March 24, 2020, UTP-H’s physical offices are currently closed.
Per the Attorney General’s guidance, if a governmental body has closed its physical offices for purposes of a public health or epidemic response, then such day is not a business day, even if staff continues to work remotely or staff is present but involved directly in the public health or epidemic response. Once UTP-H reopens its physical offices, we will respond to your request in a timely manner as required by Section 552.221 of the Texas Government Code. UTP-H’s hours of normal operation are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. If your request is submitted after business hours (after 5 p.m., but before midnight) it is considered received the next business day.
