Giovanni Lark, Certificate of Merit
Officer Giovanni Lark was instrumental in apprehending a robbery suspect at a UT Housing parking garage. Lark aided in setting up a perimeter surrounding the garage where the suspect had entered. After an hour-long search, the suspect was found hiding in a stairwell. Lark cleared the area to ensure that the scene was safe. The suspect was subsequently turned over to the Houston Police Department.
