At UT Police, the safety or our students, faculty, and staff at MD Anderson and UTHealth Houston is always our top priority. As we prepare for a new school year and the start of a new fiscal year, it is the perfect time to refresh your knowledge by attending one of our safety presentations. We’ve made some updates to our schedule to make it easier to participate, whether virtually or in person.

These presentations are designed to help you spot potential threats, respond effectively in emergencies, and better understand the tools and resources available to keep the campus community safe. With your engagement, we can build a safer, stronger, and more prepared campus together.

To better serve our campus community, we’ve transitioned from weekly virtual sessions to a more nuanced schedule, offering both virtual and in-person options twice a month or monthly, depending on the presentation topic.

Registration Process Change

UT Police has recently transitioned to a new method for safety presentations registrations. If you have recently registered and received a Zoom link, visit our website and register again. If you previously signed up using the old system, please note that those sessions are no longer active.

We encourage you to share the updated schedule and registration links with your colleagues, especially those who may have had trouble accessing the session in the past.
